If you encountered personal experiences, especially those from college students, that drinking too much coffee made their heart pump so fast that it's almost about to explode, then maybe you don't have to drink as much coffee as you think you do for the sake of keeping yourself awake.

Have you experience that moment when you’re really tired and then someone passes by with a Starbucks coffee and when you smell its rousing aroma, you just can’t stop thinking about it and it will eventually make you to buy one, too? There’s a study conducted that when you simply inhale coffee aroma, it can alter the activity of some cells in your brain, reducing the effects of sleep deprivation.
