A Wall to Remember
To commemorate the victims of super typhoon Reming (international name: Durian) since its devastation 10 years ago on November 30, a non-government organization aimed at empowering vulnerable communities conceptualized the idea of coming up with a mural at a dike on Barangay Maipon in Guinobatan, Albay. The place was one of the most damaged places when the typhoon ravaged the province in 2006.
